Ndey Social provides AI-powered image upscaling services that enhance the resolution and quality of digital images. Users purchase credits (tokens) to use the Service. Each image upscale consumes one or more tokens depending on the selected options.
The Service is provided as-is. While we strive for high-quality results, outcomes may vary based on the source image quality and content.

Each credit allows you to upscale one image. Higher enhancement levels (4x, 8x) may consume additional credits. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation and do not expire.

By using any credits from your purchased bundle, you acknowledge that you have received the digital service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal for that purchase under EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
To request a refund, email support@ndey-social.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your purchase date and transaction details. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the upscaled results. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the upscaling service.
We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing unless you explicitly choose to save them.
The Ndey Social name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Lanzu Krose and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we may immediately suspend your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks and recover associated fees.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanzu Krose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. If you have unused credits at the time of voluntary account closure, refund eligibility is subject to Section 5 (Refund Policy).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
